If the software of your television is updated, please contact our customer service by filling out the Request Form you can find in the FAQ section of our website.
It is very important you specify:
- the title of the Movie with which you are encountering difficulties
- the brand and exact model of your Smart TV (you can find it on the back of your device)
- the versione of your device's software
- if you own a Samsung Smart TV also the version of the CHILI app (you can find it in the Samsung apps section)
- the result of the Speedtest (www.speedtest.net or directly from your Smart TV)
- if your TV is connected via Wifi or Lan cable)
