The return is completely free!
You can request to return products that we have sent you within 14 days from the date of delivery by filling in the CONTACT FORM.
Once our customer services team has checked your return request, they'll get in touch with you straight away and send:
- A returns document to be printed and placed inside the box that includes the details of the product you want to return.
This information helps us link the box to your account when it comes back to us.
Without this document, we can't make the necessary checks of the returned product nor complete the returns process.

The product to be returned must be in the same state as received, with the original packaging and label; preferably in the same protective box in which you received it.
Once we have received the product and checked for integrity, a refund will be processed on the same payment method used to make the purchase within 15 days.
In the event of orders with more than one item, the shipping costs will be refunded proportionately to the number of products returned.
The time it takes for the refund to reach you depends on the payment method used.
- We cannot exchange items or quantities.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from us, or if they are not compliant with the above requirements.
- Please note that DVDs and Blu-rays that have been opened or have had their shrink wrapping removed are not eligible for return, as per Part 3, §28.3 (b) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- Since the withdrawal of the product is organized directly by CHILI, no amount must be paid.
