This may be due to a temporary interruption in your internet connection or an error loading the film. |
Make sure that your internet connection is suitable for streaming the film. In this case, if you still can't play the content, contact our Customer Services with the name of the content. |
6001 |
This means that you are using a browser where the DRM control for viewing content has not been enabled. |
To enable DRM in your browser:Chrome:

9009 |
This means that the operating system you are using is not supported by CHILI. |
Make sure that you are using a compatible operating system:- PC: Windows Vista or later;- MAC: Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) or later. |

6002 |
This occurs when trying to play content on the CHILI site from your TV's browser instead of using the CHILI application. |
Open the CHILI app directly on your TV, you can find it pre-installed in the dedicated app section. Browsing from your TV's browser is not supported. |
