Once your return request has been approved, our customer service team will update you when:
- the product collection date has been confirmed (physical products from our eStore, DVD and Blu-ray returns are arranged by you)
- the product arrives in our warehouse
- your refund has been processed
- Refunds will be processed on the same payment method used to make the purchase within 14 days. The time it takes for refunds to reach you depends on the type of payment method. Once your refund has been processed we'll notify you by e-mail.
